How can I make changes to my mobile phone plan?

I’m not in Finland and need to change my Elisa mobile subscription. I can’t visit a store or make phone calls right now. Could you tell me other options to change the plan? Thanks.

Yes ​@LiXi you can change your subscription to Numeroparkki after 5th of November, if the fixed-term contract ends then. The change can be done from OmaElisa, by choosing the subscription → Contract details, owner, authorization → Terminate the agreement. Then you get an option for changing it to Numeroparkki. 👍

You can make changes to your subscription through OmaElisa, but I recommend contacting our customer service so we can make the necessary changes to your subscription. ☺️
