I lost my internet package when in Sweden

Hei..

Our family has 5 members, which have the same package
 

4G Internet 200M

Unlimited internet
 
Finnish
EU/EEA data package
 
37 GB
 € 20.99 / 30 days
 
Our last purchase was on the 27th of dec 25. 

We went to Sweden from Turku, Finland, on the 4th of Jan 26, and we believed each of us had 37 GB during our trip. We came back on the 5th and arrived on the 6th of Jan 26. 

Later on 6th, one of my children cannot access her internet, and she think maybe there was some error. Today, we try to solve it but no luck, until we try to buy the cheapest package to test if its work or not. 

Yes, it works. it means my daughter run out her package for some reason, while me and other kids have no problem. 

anyone can explain about this..?

You must contact customer service and explain the issue with enough details, starting specifying phone number which has the problem. Here we can only guess what has happened, and that does not help much.
