I was DNA customer and make deal to change to Elisa. As I understood from your advertisement and messages as well as from guy on Elisa street desk that you offer gift cards or some offer due to change but when I made it I don't get any of the advantages and even the contract I made by email. So I am thinking to cancel the contract due to. Misleading info. I even visited your shop today and the guy denied that you gave me gift card after the move.
