I cannot make international call with the SIM/nuber I have bought from Elisa in April.

What do I have to do to fix it?

did you insert phone number correctly? format is like +xx yyyyy , 00xx yyyyy. where xx is country code and yyyyy is local phone number with area code or other (national) prefix.

international calls are enabled by default in finnish subscriptions, but check you do not have any international call blocks activated at OmaElisa.

if you use plus sign (+) or double zero (00), it uses default international carrier option 991in elisa subscriptions, which is usually expensive https://elisa.fi/puheliittymat/puhelut-ulkomaille/ .

hint, use cheaper international carrier, but i cannot mention here what to use. if possible use internet sending messages to abroad or internet calls.
