Internet not working in Germany

Check the- APN setting on your phone. It must be internet.

Try:

1. Turn off your phone. 

2. Take out the SIM card. 

3. Leave the phone closed for 5-10 minutes. 

4. Put the SIM card back in and turn on the phone.

Reset network settings

It didn't really help. It seems to send data but not receive it for whatever reason. 

I have pre paid connection and I got the 4g 200 pack

Is the APN-setting: internet. You need to save it and restart your phone.

The apn is 'internet'. It has always been like that. I tried contacting Elisa but I've been on hold for 10mins unfortunately.
