As of today, my number got moved to another provider. I received the last invoice regarding August and it shows the pricing to be for the period of 01/08 to 31/08. As I won’t be using the service for the remaining time of the month, I would need a corrected invoice covering 01/08 to 15/08.

I have been in touch with the online chat and was told to simply pay the amount of €14.87 which reflects the right amount for the period of 01/08 to 15/08.
