lost all my balance

I lost all my balance, I have been in France for last 10 days and using the internet 4G from elisa. But just today. I lost all my balance in one hour. All these days I kept checking if I am loosing balance on using internet. But there was no deduction for 10 days. And just today all my balance was swipped clean ?

Did you have Rajoitukseton 4G, Nettikuukausi 4G+ or Nettiviikko 4G+ package? They all have different fair use allowances.

Did you have Rajoitukseton 4G, Nettikuukausi 4G+ or Nettiviikko 4G+ package? They all have different fair use allowances.

How do I check how much I had used ?

Saunalahti Prepaid’s ”monthly” packages are valid for 31 days, starting either at the time of the purchase or expiration of your previous package if you bought another one before the previous expired. They do not follow calendar months. Partial days do not count, either.

In order for your package to expire on 30.04., you would have had to purchase it on 30.03.

Unfortunately I don’t think you can check the roaming use anywhere. See if your phone has a log of its own. Most Android phones have it in the settings application.

The validity of the package can be checked by sending text TILI to number 18258.

Balance can be checked by entering *100# 📞 into the dialler, too.

Should your package be valid, you should receive something like Nettikuukausi
4G+ paketti vanhenee: 13.05.2022.
, which means Internet Month 4G+ package will expire on 13th May 2022.

If you don’t have a valid package, there will be no mention of it. Like Liittymäsi saldo on: 1,23 €. Liittymäsi voimassaoloaika päättyy: 04.08.2022. Terveisin Elisa, which means Your balance is 1,23 €. Your sim will expire on 4th August 2022. Yours sincerely, Elisa.
