If the number is transferred to your employer's name, the employer will be classified as its owner in the future. You can transfer the number back to your own name in the future. 😊

Only if an employer agrees to do that. By your own you cannot do anything with your old number, after it has been handed over to the employer.

Typically Dna makes only 2 year fixed term contracts. Does you invoice say something like Liittymän määräaikaisuus dd.mm.yyyy – dd.mm.yyyy? Or did you take up Dna Etudiili?

If it says, you have a fixed term contract. You will have to pay your monthly fee till end of the contract. If you port your number away from Dna, they will issue a new phone number for you sim and the contract keeps going on.

If your invoice does not say Liittymän määräaikaisuus it is likely that you have only a discount for a year. In that case, you can port the number as you like. For open-ended contracts, toistaiseksi voimassaoleva sopimus, billing of monthly fee ends on the day your number is ported away.
