Hi I am in taiwan for vacation. I cannot find any service on my Elisa subscription. Hence I am unable to access my Apple id, or any other accounts because i CANNOT GET OTP. PLEASE HELP

I think someone from Elisa should answer this, since a very big amount of your $ or € (in your bank account too) might be lost if not doing things correctly and with special carefullness.
