Hello! I just subscribed to a new plan and I have a few questions: Will ELISA cancel my contract with DNA or must I do that separately? (My current contract with DNA ends on 07.07.25) The GSM chip i have now is ELISA. When you send me the new chip, Am I obligated to change it, or can I continue using the current GSM chip? I am overseas (Spain) until 10.07.25, and I currently requested the subscription to start on 11.07.25. But I prefer the subscription to start immediately when the DNA subscription ends on 07.07.25. I don’t understand what you mean by current Elisa sim if there’s new one coming? Please use the sim that’s connected to this order.

It’s possible to switch from other operator to Elisa while you’re abroad.

Hello!

What I mean is that the GSM chip that's in my phone right now is from Elisa because I used to be with Elisa before I switched to DNA last year.

After I finished signing up for the new contract, there was a message in OmaElisa that the new chip would be delivered by regular post. Do I absolutely have to use the new chip?
