I was given a new sim card at work. When I put it in, it shows no network. What is wrong and how to fix it?

Could you go to your OmaYhteisö forum profile and add the SIM ICC number from the SIM card to the private notes section of your profile? It’s “Yksityiset muistiinpanot (ei julkinen)” in Finnish 🙂 only you and us moderators can see these notes. We could check what kind of a subscription type is associated with the SIM card and better direct you to the correct help channel.
You can also check the SIM ICC number from the credit card sized plastic frame where the SIM card was originally detached from, the same number can be found from the frame and directly from the SIM card itself. 👍🏼
