Im currently outside EU (In Iraq) and i can receive and making calls normally but the text messages is not working at all, sometimes the bank or other online matters sending a confirmation messages and I don’t receive any text messages. Now my Elisa network is connecting to Aciacell in iraq!
So, could you please fix this problem asap and allowing me to send and receive messages normally while i’m abroad.

The problem has been solved by Elisa after they have made some changes in the routing of the international traffic, as the told me.

Have you checked your SMSC settings on the phone?
The correct number depends on the type of subscription:
Elisa Saunalahti subscriptions: +358508771015 or +358451100100
Prepaid subscriptions: +358508771010
Elisa Business subscriptions: +358508771010
Old Elisa-subscriptions: +358508771010
+22Correct SMSC setting is required for sending sms. Receiving sms doesn’t require any settings.
VoLTE and VoWiFi may interfere with sms. Try turning both VoLTE and VoWiFi off when you try to receive sms. In particular special service numbers, which begin with 12…, 13…, 16…, 17… and 18…., suffer from these problems.
Should turning VoLTE and VoWiFi off not fix the problem, you should report this as a fault to the customer service.
Should Elisa have more than one roaming partner in Iraq, try all the available networks out.
