My current promotion is ending on June 27th. I am very satisfied with Elisa and want to keep using the same 4G 100M plan for around 21,99€/month.

Is there any extension offer available for me?

However, I haven't been able to reach you, so I am posting my question here again.

My current promotion is ending on June 27th. I want to keep using the same 4G 100M plan for around €21.99/month. Is there any extension offer available for me?
