Prepaid cancellation

I bought prepaid but did not receive the credit. Do I want to cancel that transaction.

Hello! It is likely that the payment has only been left in the reserve and has therefore not been credited to the subscription. The reserve will normally be released on its own within about a week, after which the money will be released back into the account for use.
