Hello ,  
i tried to activate a one Time 5g subscription on my Elisa prepaid. But unfortunately it’s now a monthly subscription and I will like to terminate the subscription.

Hi!

Once the monthly subscription to your prepaid is bought, you cannot terminate it. You can buy another package for your prepaid but it activates after the current package ends. If you activated the recurring payment, you can take it off our prepaid site at the recurring payment section.
