Store credit as refund

Hi!

 

I was promised some store credit, but he asked me to send some email but didn’t tell me where to send it. Could you find the email where I should send the email.

Hei, I am taking about the money that Elisa have taken during the purchase of my one plus nord phone for subscription charge which I have not made any kind of subscription at that time. It was the case of 2021 and nobody is taking any responsibility of that money. I have visited the store many time they said they can’t pay it but they say they will give the store credit  during my next purchase. I went to kaari store. A guy Emmi was selling the Elisa subscription 5G. He sold be the SIM card by saying he will help me to get that money back. Then he showed me this place where I can write about the case. I didnot got any reply or comments yesterday and then I returned the sim to that guys and said him, don’t scam anyone like this. This the complain to Elisa for not providing my money back. Then he told me that I have to pay around 40 euro for new SIM card which I return him.

please don’t scam the customers, we also have some customers rights. I have had conservation with Elisa from some department which I don’t remember for like around 40 min. After explaining my case, he told me that I might get that money back  as a gift card or store credit, then he told be to email Elisa to any email. But I didn’t find any email then went to kaari store, the guys sold me SIM card which I returned after 2 hours because I don’t want any hassle from Elisa. He promised me that someone will response me in 30 min to one hours but no body reply then I returned the sim to the guy who sold me. The sim was not not opened and not used. I gave him back and told him I don’t need fake promise and I need my 40 euro back which I have paid for nothing. Then the guy told me I have to pay 40 euro. I laugh at him because he first showed me that he is helping me to get the money but he scamed me again. So I said him let me get my 39-40 euro back that I paid then I will come back and take a new SIM card. 
so please give me my 39-40 euro around money which I have paid in 2021 for nothing. I want it back. And I am not going to pay any money for the sim that I didn’t use or open. I want my money back. I will study more about this in Finlex.fi about the customers right. Thank you. Please provide me the email where I can make a email and get my money back. Thank you.
