subscription ownership

I need support to transfer the ownership of following number to my account:

Hello, Felipe! Welcome to OmaYhteisö. 😊 This is a public conversation forum so I removed the phone number from your post. 

 

If you’d like to transfer the subscription to your own name, it needs to be initiated by the current owner. They can do this in OmaElisa by going to:
Contract details, owner and authorization → Change contracting party.

After that you’ll receive a confirmation and by accepting that the contract will be transferred to you.
