Hi good morning,.

I am a frequent visitor in finland. I had been using saunalahti prepaid for a long time. But due to the pandemic i was back in my country for around 7 months. When i recently arrived back to europe i found that my sim has expired. I have a lot of credentials connected to my saunalahti number. I cant afford loosing that number. Is it possible to reactivate or not?

Saunalahti Prepaid is unfortunately a single use service. If it expires, the sim-card gets damaged or lost, you will loose both the phone number and your balance.

If you have an important prepaid sim, you must keep topping it up regularly, even if you don’t use it. Saunalahti Prepaid is valid for 3 months from the first use and 12 months from latest top up.

Is there any way that i can get the sim of same number? Either postpaid or prepaid? All my life savings, all my work applications, my university degrees pdf files are linked with the same number. I cant access anything without that number. Please if there is any way for me then i would do it.

Unfortunately there is nothing anyone can do about it. When a prepaid number has expired, it cannot be restored. This applies for all Finnish prepaids.

If you have used your phone number for verifying cloud logons, you have to work with the cloud provider in order to update your contact information.
