Today I received a suspicious phone call from the number +31 6 81495143. I answered the call, and an automated voice message claimed to be from Klarna. The message asked me to press numbers on my phone.
I do not have any current Klarna orders or payments. I did not press any numbers or provide any personal, banking, card, password, or verification information. I simply hung up.
I have already reported the call to Klarna because I suspect it was a scam.
I would also like to report this number to Elisa. Could you please check whether this number has been reported as suspicious or fraudulent, and let me know if there is anything I should do to protect my phone number or account?
